First Relationship in Quite Some Time

It's been quite some time since I've been in a relationship. My last GF (short for girlfriend for those of you not up-to-date with the lingo) was this crazy blonde haired girl of whom I think I dated just because I hadn't dated anyone before her in a few years. It seems as if whenever I get into a relationship with someone and then a break up happens, it takes me years to get back into another one for some reason. I would go a little deeper into my last relationship just to let you guys know how it really was, but, I think it's best I not even talk about it whatsoever.

So, this girl I'm with now does in fact have a name. Her name is Whitney. She's probably one of the cutest and one of the most sincere people I have ever met in my entire life. She never ever ever ever ever talks bad about anyone which is something that attracts me to her greatly. She's very polite and well mannered as well. I don't want to sound cheesy or cliche, but she's "perfect" for me.

I've known her for quite a few years now and we just now started dating. I'm quite the big chicken when it comes to "asking girls out", especially one of whom I really really like. This is random, but does anyone else feel the phrase "asking out" is middle schoolish and lame sounding? I hate the phrase, personally. Anyways, I've never had such strong feelings towards a girl before in my life, which is exciting but somewhat scary at the same time! Is this girl "the one"? Only time will tell...
